Report a security issue

Good-faith security research is welcome. Email security@timevolt.com to report a possible security issue.

What to include

Describe the affected URL or component, steps to reproduce the issue, what you observed and its possible impact. Use your own accounts and test records. Do not send passwords, secret keys, private files or other people's personal information.

Keep research safe

Do not test in ways that harm users, interrupt the service, or access, change or expose other people's data. Stop if a test could affect someone else.

Give us time to investigate

Please do not disclose the issue publicly before we have had a reasonable time to investigate and fix it. Contact us to coordinate disclosure.
