How?
Use the exact existing record from your system. A file date does not verify its contents or the action it describes.
Add link and screenshots
The link is recorded, not fetched or verified.
Order-of-events evidence — keep the records that explain the sequence. Each time receipt dates its own exact file; creation and event order require separate evidence.
Your photos and files stay on your device, so keep them.
Keep the receipt file too. The image is a handy copy; checking needs the file.
Your mail app opens a draft. Attach your receipt image and receipt file. Don’t attach your photos or documents. Timevolt does not send it or know whether it was sent.

Record the date, time, place and who you spoke to. New notes are saved separately rather than editing an old note.
How to keep notes that hold upBy making a receipt you agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy. The Bitcoin record is permanent.

Write notes as soon as you can. Keep the original account rather than replacing it later; the venue decides what weight it gets.
Keep exact versions of the consent, build, hold notice or access-removal record as each is created.
Use the source system’s own record.
Your device fingerprints the selected file or manifest. Dated follows an independent timestamp; Permanent follows Bitcoin anchoring.
An independent time, tied to the exact bytes.
Keep process logs linking consent to a call, approval to a deploy, a hold to deletion, or a leaver record to access removal.
Keep the originals too. A changed or compressed copy has a different fingerprint.
Make a test receipt on this device.

Real cases where dated records mattered. We don’t claim a time receipt would have changed the result.
A borrower challenged calls after he withdrew permission. The court kept the loan firm's win. Its account says later letters with his number gave permission again.
Unpublished appeal decision; supplied outcome and verification conflict about renewed consent, so this account follows the verification.

Read the decision ›Positions below refer to the cited rule or record type, not endorsement of Timevolt. This service is not represented as an eIDAS qualified timestamp provider. A non-qualified timestamp does not receive the qualified timestamp presumption.
Electronic process output and copies of data can be authenticated by a qualified person's certification; hash values are the main example of 'digital identification'. The proponent must still give notice and the evidence must be relevant and not otherwise excluded.
Rule text read directly; hash values as the example of digital identification come from the 2017 committee note. Does not address timestamp authorities or Bitcoin anchoring; weight remains for the court.

Read the sourceElectronic or nonqualified form alone is not a reason to deny a timestamp legal effect or admissibility. Other evidence requirements still apply. Article 41(2) addresses the qualified-timestamp presumption, and Article 42 its requirements; provider status alone is insufficient.
This describes the statutory evidence rule, not Timevolt qualification or a guarantee of admission. No claim about cross-border recognition is made here.

Read the sourceA federal district court held that consent to autodialed calls given by providing a number does not expire on its own and must be revoked; commentary advises callers to keep proof that customers supplied their numbers.
Courts discuss records and timing in general; none of the sources seen mention blockchain or RFC 3161 timestamps specifically.

Shows why an independent time source for a photo matters; the FOS states no position on timestamp receipts.

A completed time receipt shows that the exact selected file existed by the independently witnessed time. You can check whether a later copy has the same bytes. It does not establish creation time, authorship, identity, event order, location or the truth of the contents.
It does not show who created either record, that the person actually consented or approved, that the record was shown or acted on, that its content is true, or how a court, auditor or regulator will weigh it. "Existed by" is a ceiling on time, not the moment of the event.
Two existence-by timestamps do not establish event order. Independent time bounds and separate process evidence are needed to assess the order.
These are the bounds of a completed proof. The local tester does not establish any time. The chosen court, scheme or regulator decides what to accept.
Your file stays on your device. During normal receipt creation, your device sends a randomized code made from its fingerprint, plus encrypted recovery data. It doesn't send the plain fingerprint or the random value that opens the code. Keep the original file and the complete receipt for checking. Privacy Policy.
Keep receipts beside the source records used to assess a sequence. Each receipt supplies an existence-by bound for its own exact file. Two such upper bounds alone do not establish relative creation time or event order. Keep separate event, approval and signature evidence; no automated order-check service is enabled here.

Context for this answerIndependent file timestamps supply existence-by bounds, not event order. Keep the original approval, artifact identity, deployment-system logs and independent process evidence. An earlier receipt date alone cannot establish that approval preceded deployment. No automated order-check connector is enabled here.
